- Meer wapens en gadgets. Ezio kan zijn tegenstanders ontwapenen en elk wapen op zijn beurt gebruiken.
- Niemand minder dan Leonardo DaVinci is je mentor en zal al zijn (geheime) uitvindingen inzetten om Ezio te helpen.
